RETURNS

If you want to return your order, the cancellation may take place within 14 days after purchase. The 14 day period expires from the day on which you or a third party is in possession of the goods. To exercise your right of cancel, please inform us at info@dogaholichandmade.com.

Once the order is successfully canceled, we will reimburse your payment. The refund should take place within 7 business days and will be reimbursed to the initial chosen method of payment. We may withhold reimbursement of transitions until the goods have arrived safely in our warehouse. Once it has been communicated to us, we expect to receive the goods without any undue delay and no later than 14 days from this day.

HOW TO RETURN THE ITEM(S)

1. Please ensure that the item(s) are carefully packaged (if possible in the original packaging).

2. Fill out the return form provided in your package according to the given instructions.

FOR RETURNS / EXCHANGE – DELIVERY COSTS

When a costumer places an order the shipping is for free, but unfortunately we do not offer free returns/exchange for orders shipped outside or in Germany. If you are determined to return/exchange the goods you have purchased, you must bear the costs of returning/exchanging the goods. In case of exchanging an item you will get the new ordered item delivered without any shipping costs. We recommend opting for a trustworthy shipping partner along with a tracking number to avoid any possible damages or lost of goods in transport.

 

FOR EXCHANGE

If you wish to exchange an item(s) then send us the unwanted item(s) back to the address mentioned above and create a new order. Please ensure that the item(s) are carefully packaged (if possible in the original packaging).

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as we received the returned item. Depending on your chosen method of payment, the reimbursement should take no more than 7 business days.

IMPORTANT: Please have in mind that goods which have been manufactured according to customer specifications or which are clearly tailored to personal requirements cannot be returned or exchanged.
